ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information.
AGE VERIFICATION
We comply with federal and state age restrictions.
All orders are subject to third-party age verification before shipment.
You must be 21 years or older to place an order.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
States and municipalities where vape product sales are restricted or prohibited (e.g., Massachusetts, Rhode Island, San Francisco)
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment at any time through the carrier’s website.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Vape Master Smoke Shop is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We are happy to assist you in filing a claim but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
